On completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. For new clients, this email includes an Initial Health Survey that needs to be completed prior to your consultation.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us to confirm your booking.
Arise Osteopathy also offers Biodynamic osteopathic consults with David Bennett. It is a very different style of treatment to what Nicola and Paula offer. You can learn more here and please get in touch with any queries if needed.

Who is Ava?
Ava is our AI receptionist designed to help you book, reschedule or cancel appointments. She can also answer basic questions and take messages for the team.
We’ll always answer the phone when we can, but she’s a great back up when we’re treating.
Can I still talk to a human?
Absolutely. If your request is complex or clinical, Ava will instantly notify our practitioners and we’ll return your call as soon as possible. Laura our administrative assistant remains available Tuesdays & Thursdays.
Is my data safe and my privacy protected?
Yes. The system is HIPAA/Privacy Act compliant and calls are recorded for quality and medical accuracy.
