Standard Return Consult
30 mins – $105
Recommended for clients who:
- Are continuing treatment for one condition
- Require maintenance treatment for a chronic condition
- Are simply after a ‘tune up’
Extended Return Consult
45 mins – $150
Recommended for clients who:
- Have a new clinical presentation
- Want two unrelated conditions treated
- Require treatment and a review of a rehabilitation / self management strategy
- Are interested in exploring and shifting long standing biomechanical patterns.
Biodynamic Osteopathic Consults
- New Patient Consult 45-60 mins $165
- Return Consult 45-60 mins $140

Covid 19

Arise Osteopathy is undertaking all required measures to reduce the risk of COVID 19 exposure. These include but are not limited too.
1. Nicola is vaccinated as mandated by the WA government.
2. Masks are worn at practitioner & clients discretion when deemed necessary
3. Hand sanitiser is available at reception and in our treatment room.
4. All treatment surfaces are sanitised between consults.
5. All linen is clean for each client and then washed at minimum 60 degrees.
6. We are operating a HEPA grade air purifier in the treatment room.
7. We kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are unwell.

Our cancellation policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice of cancellations, for the benefit of other clients on our wait list.
Cancellations within 24 hours that cannot be filled from our wait list will incur a 50% consultation fee. Missed appointments also incur a 50% consultation fee.
You can cancel appointments online, using the link in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails. The link is active up to two days prior to your appointment. When rescheduling, please cancel your appointment first and then rebook your prefered time.

Is onsite parking available?
Parking is available at the rear of the building.
It is limited, and if unavailable, we recommend parking behind Mitre 10, near the Men’s shed and oval.

Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment?
No. You’re initial intake form will be emailed in your confirmation and reminder emails and should be completed prior to your appointment.

What should I wear?
We recommend loose, flexible and comfortable clothing such as shorts or leggings. Jeans and dresses are best avoided. You will be asked to remove shoes and belts. Please be mindful that we may ask you to undress briefly to your underwear during an initial diagnosis.
Can I claim private health and medicare benefits on site?
Yes.
For private health claims, please bring your private health care card to claim through our HICAPS terminal.
For Medicare rebates, please bring your referral with you, or ensure your GP has sent it directly. Upfront payment of the entire fee is required, prior to rebates being claimed directly through our software. The Medicare rebate is approx $60.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all payment methods, except Amex.

At Arise Osteopathy we value each client and the commitment, time and cost involved in seeking care. In turn, we hope and trust that each of you can respect and value the commitment, time and cost involved in providing you with that care.
For every half hour you spend with us at the clinic, there is most likely another half hour spent for you behind the scenes. It might be recording detailed clinical notes, researching the latest and best management protocols, developing rehabilitation programs or writing referrals. We are passionate about improving the health of each individual who seeks our care and strive to make our care accessible to all.

To provide you with a premium service, we use a number of softward programs that may have limited access to some of your information. These include Cliniko, Physitrack, Heidi, and Xero. For a full understanding of how your information is collected, used and secured, we encourage you to read their privacy polices.
